Your tasks
- Co-designing customized security solutions for the customer
- You carry out a variety of installations throughout Belgium. The port of Antwerp is your base of operations
- You are responsible for installing and maintaining security systems (fire, burglary, access control, perimeter security, barriers, speedgates and CCTV)
- You are responsible for adjustments and expansions to existing installations
- You will resolve faults and provide repairs where necessary
Our expectations
- You preferably hold a technical degree or equivalent through experience
- You have a certificate “Installation and maintenance of alarm systems” or you are willing to obtain one. You also hold the “Basic safety VCA” diploma
- A basic knowledge of IT and networks is definitely a plus. In addition, you have good PC and software knowledge for installing camera and security systems
- Working independently does not put you off, but you also enjoy working in a team
- Order, precision and a sense of responsibility are no strangers to you
- You have strong analytical skills
- You are not put off by changes in the daily schedule and working according to a stand-by system
- You can submit a blank extract from the criminal record (certificate of good conduct and morals)
- You speak fluent Dutch. Knowledge of English is a plus
- You are in possession of a driving license B
