- Engineering: We transform a conceptual design (which can be based on the Master Plan – see Consulting) into an execution-ready dossier. This includes detailed construction documentation, partner selection, and project planning, resulting in ‘ready-to-build’ files.
- Implementation: We develop and integrate a combination of hardware (electrical, mechanical) with software into a working solution. This phase is validated through a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
- Delivery: On-site installation, configuration, and testing bring the developed solution to life. A Site Acceptance Test and training are the final steps of the handover.
- Project management: We form a unified project team with our clients to achieve a successful outcome. We use a proven methodology that covers all aspects of successful project management: cost, time and scheduling, quality and delivery, and risk management.
